My eyes are burning soooo badly! My head hurts. Argh! My brother has something wrong with his eye, too. He probably gave me something. My eyes are REALLY bugging me. My whole head is pounding. I realize it's still Valentine's Day in the decor. I'm working on a new layout. =P Well, I got SOMEONE to finally do something to my hair at the salon. I was going to have her pull my hair through a cap, but then I thought about the huge blonde chunks in the middle of my head. I kinda figured that having a bunch of small, cute highlights around those huge chunks wouldn't look to great, so I suggested we color over my hair to get rid of the blonde first. Well, everyone was for that. I mean, I had practically the whole salon collaberating on how to color my blonde hair. We decided and the one lady who did my hair before kept saying how it broke off in the back when she was bleaching it the last time and so I shouldn't get highlights. Anyway, I got the color on and after all that, the girl who did my hair said that she wasn't going to highlight it after all, she was going to wait to see what condition my hair was in. I was so jacked. That's what I wanted to begin with. If I would've known that my coloring over the blonde would've caused her to back out of giving me highlights I would've just left the chunks of blonde. So that was last week. She said she was going to wait "a week or two" and see how my hair is. Screw all of them. I'm really sick of that place. All this week I've woken up in the morning with a headache and my eyes keep burning. So the nail clients I've actually HAD this week have been like torture. Everything is burning my eyes. I've had to take my contacts out almost every night this week, when I can usually sleep with them in for a week or so w/o taking them out at all. The new girl got credited for sweeping up a huge mess that I swept up, that about made me quit right there. Then I saw in the book, next Friday she's scheduled from 10 until 8 at night. One of the owner's clients wants a pedicure and she gave it to the NEW GIRL and not to ME, the NAIL TECHNICIAN. So she's going to get 5000 hours on that check. I looked at her hours for last week. She got 5 more than me. At least this week we started out with the same ammount...too bad the owner had to send me home early two days in a freakin row. That's why I'm going in tomorrow. Get some extra hours. I have to pay for my contacts, dammit! Oh yeah, I joined Weight Watchers. Well, I guess you can't say that I "joined"...I bought the books on ebay and just did the diet on my own, instead of going to the meetings. I had my first weigh in last Monday. I lost two pounds. I think most of it is because I stopped drinking pop with sugar. I've completely switched to diet pop (which I never imagined I ever would do that....I HATED diet...now I can't really tell the difference.) I'm only allowed 20 points a day, but I have 35 Flex points a week. I used ALL my Flex points last week. Today I kinda blew it with the points, though. I kinda stopped keeping track and sorta just stuffed my face. I didn't use any Flex points yesterday, and I still had one left over from the day before that, so I added those to today so I figured I just used the rest of those. Blah. So tomorrow I'll start over.
